Who is it suitable for?
Schools already working as a cluster or that are considering a partnership in order to provide joint training and CPD opportunities and long term support i.e. SIP service and management support.
Outcomes
From working together as a partnership or a cluster of schools, you not only receive consistent, bespoke support designed to meet the needs of all staff from leaders to teachers, support staff to governors, you can also make extensive financial savings. Our cluster and professional learning partnership support also ensures a variety of specialists can be accessed from our network of curriculum, behaviour, Assessment for Learning, SEN, ICT, SIPs, school management, HR, ethnic minority achievement and management professionals, who will support your teaching, learning, leadership and management priorities across EYFS, primary, secondary and SEN settings.
Programme
Cluster programmes are fully tailored to the needs of the schools involved in the cluster/partnership. They can be formed as short-term programmes, providing regular, relevant CPD training in core areas such as child protection legislation, best practice teaching and learning techniques and annual conferences, as well as cluster governor training.
Longer-term cluster support can include reviews of Ofsted reports, local data and school improvement plans to guide common development areas and through which leadership and management training, teaching and learning support work (working on an individual basis based on need), as well as regular training days and best practice conferences can be organised.
