How do I track my parcel?

How do I return an item?

What do I do if my parcel is damaged?
If you receive a faulty item please call the Customer Services Team on 01223 463 757 who will be able to give you the freepost address to return your parcel. A new item will be sent to you immediately.
How do I change my order?
If you would like to change your order please contact the Customer Services Team on 01223 463 757. If you have booked a place for a delegate course please refer to our terms and conditions for details. Please note that a delegate name change can not be changed after 5 working days prior to the course start date.

What are Customer Services opening hours?
Customer Services opening hours is Monday to Friday 08.00 to 17.30 excluding public holidays. We are closed on Saturday, Sundays and public holidays.
How do I book an in-school training/consultancy session?
Please contact our Customer Services Team on 01223 463 757 to talk through your requirements and to check availability.
How can I contact a course leader?
If you would like to talk to a course leader in more detail please contact our Customer Services Team on 01223 463 757 and they will be able to put a course leader in contact with you.
How do I find out where my course is taking place?
If you would like to find out the venue of your course please contact our Customer Services Team on 01223 463 757 for more information. Please note that the venue is booked 3 months prior to the course start date. Two weeks prior to the course start date you will receive details about the venue including a copy of the map and directions.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password then please click here. Alternatively you can go to "Your Account" in the website top menu then click "Forgot password" under the heading "Account Settings".
How do I sign out of my account?
To sign out from the website please click the link "Sign Out" which will appear in the website top menu once you log in.
How do I check or change my account details?
To check or change any of your account details please click here or alternatively go the link "Your Account" in the website top menu.
How do I recommend a friend to a product or service?
To recommend a product or service you will need to go product or service description page by navigating using the left hand menu. You will then see the link "Email this to a colleague" which once clicked will allow you to email a product or service to a friend.

How do I choose to pay by invoice?
When you go to the checkout select the ‘pay by invoice’ option and proceed with your order. An invoice will be sent to you within 5 working days and is payable from 30 days of the date of the invoice.
What cards do you except?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron and Solo. We do not accept American Express.
How do I give feedback about the product/service that I have received?
Please contact the Customer Services Team on 01223 463 757 we would be happy to hear from you. On all courses and in-school training days you will receive a customer feedback form to tell us about your experience.
How do I know if I pay VAT or not on my goods?
Please refer to our shipping policy here to see if you are required to pay VAT. On the checkout page VAT will be added to those products of which it applies.
