Course duration 1 day. Who is the course suitable for? All secondary music staff. Course overview This session will introduce the content of a specially designed Year 7 Keyboard scheme which will allow all pupils to improve their composition and performance skills working at a variety of levels. The scheme has a particular emphasis on developing sight reading and standardising the range of achievement. Outcomes - Participants will have a clear understanding of the intention and range of the keyboard scheme.
- Participants will understand the logistics of implementing the scheme in their own school.
- A clear understanding of the structure of a progressive keyboard scheme which enables maximum pupil achievement.
