Course overview This course covers management including team building, mentoring new teachers, managing difficult people, observing lessons and running meetings; planning including developing the curriculum, planning for progression whilst meeting statutory requirements, planning and monitoring a budget; and using the data to start conversations with students and staff, making useful interventions and monitoring and assessments.
