Overview

This half-day training programme and accompanying support pack helps to streamline self-evaluation for schools. The training will provide a clear step-by-step approach to evaluating your school’s provision and outcomes, set against the new Ofsted Inspection framework. It will also identify future areas for improvement which can be included in your school’s improvement plan.

Outcomes

  • Identify evidence to support your school self-evaluation judgements.
  • Use a simple yet systematic approach to identify and record such evidence.
  • Create a complete self-evaluation of provision and outcomes by subject/ department/ key stage in your school and summarise the important elements.
  • Use the evaluation to identify and plan areas for improvement in your school’s development plan.
