Overview
This one day training programme will provide you with all the skills needed to strengthen and enhance professional growth in your school. Our performance management framework and supporting INSET resource ‘Performance Review: Professional Growth’ will provide everything you require to ensure your school’s annual review process is coherent and effective.

- Utilise the ‘Professional Standards for Teachers’ in reviews.
- Use the new ‘National Occupational Standards for Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools’ for support staff reviews.
