Course duration 3 days over 3 weeks - 9:00 - 17:00. Due to registration requirements through NEBOSH delegates must confirm booking 7 days prior to the course start date. Who is the course suitable for? Headteachers, Deputy Heads, Bursars, Business Managers, Heads of Centres, Senior Management and Premises Managers. Course overview The NEBOSH Award in Health and Safety at Work is a new course which is designed for non-specialists to raise awareness and understanding of health and safety.
The course will provide delegates with the foundation and understanding of implementing health and safety principles within the workplace, improve the safety culture and equipping you to apply risk assessment and by utilising control methods help reduce accidents and achieve cost savings. Delegates are assessed by a multiple choice examination and a practical risk assessment.
