Course duration Half day - 9:30 - 16:30 Who is the course suitable for? Any member of school staff looking to run projects or understand the principles of project management. Course overview The course will cover – using school specific examples – the following: formal project management systems and processes, writing a project initiation document, financing projects, risk and issue logs, the project management board, structure and reporting. Outcomes - Gain an understanding of project management terminology and process in order to better understand projects and your project manager.
