Overview
Building on ‘The new Ofsted Inspection Framework for schools’ training which introduces the new 2009 inspection framework, this one day training course will help you prepare for your next Ofsted inspection. The training will support you in improving your school SEF, interpreting RAISEonline and other data to ensure you have maximum influence over the outcomes. You will learn how senior staff could be involved effectively in different aspects of the inspection process including devising the issues for improvement in order to make sure they are able to show inspectors the evidence of their achievements.
Outcomes
- Identify and interpret appropriate evidence effectively.
- Prepare effective evidence files for the inspection.
- Identify inspection trails in the pre-inspection briefing and issues for improvement in the report.
- Participate in joint lesson observations.
- Understand involvement in inspection team meetings.
