This specialist course is held at our London teacher professional development centre. Our specialist courses cover all aspects of training required to support schools’ continuing improvement and management.
Course duration 3 days over 1 year. Who is the course suitable for? Head teachers in their second or third year of headship. Course overview The programme will be practical in nature and will draw upon the participants own experiences and understanding to help shape new realities. This course will cover: the people - developing yourself, others and leadership; the place - developing systems, structure, the workforce and the culture and the future - developing your role as HT, the strength to lead and the ability to be proactive. Outcomes - Improve and understand their extended role in developing the workforce and school.
