Who is it suitable for?
This consultancy service is primarily for headteachers but can be widened to include other members of the school community.
What will it cover?
- You will be able to build on the work previously carried out by your school improvement partner and shape the nature of the consultancy which may include: aspects of school self-evaluation, analysis of data, action planning, moderation of lesson observation/ learning walks, work scrutiny
- The ability to discuss current educational issues that affect your school
- Support before, during and after school inspection and any related CPD can be included to meet your school’s development needs
- On-going professional dialogue and reports of work underway, including impact on pupil’s achievement
- Governors will be provided with sound advice to support headteacher performance management
