Overview

Cambridge Education will help you to get recognition for your commitment to improved learning outcomes, through the development of effective use of your ICT. This will be done by helping you to become accredited by achieving the prestigious ICT Mark. This modular programme allows you to mix and match elements from below depending on where your school is in its ICT development.

Outcomes

light touch project management to oversee and guide you through the SRF process;
detailed project management to undertake the SRF process on your behalf;
vision workshops – working with senior leadership teams, staff and pupils to develop a vision for ICT that reflects the school’s ambitions and aspirations. This can be extended to support the development of a strategy for ICT;
ICT audit and gap analysis in relation to your vision and strategy;
Change management, CPD and training – developing capacity to harness technology and support a 21st century and personalised approach to learning:
- produce a staff skills audit;
- raise awareness of best practice learning models and the use of ICT for personalised learning;
- design a CPD and training plan for your school;
- provide bespoke CPD and training which could include:
  - Framework for ICT Technical support (FITs) training for your ICT technical staff;
  - Learning Platforms for collaboration and communication;
  - Harnessing technology for learning and teaching.
