What we can support you with?
- Behaviour audits: We will work with you to audit your school’s behaviour management strategies and make practical recommendations to improve behaviour management, focusing on teaching and learning and school systems and structures. We can also assist you with implementing recommendations and improvements
- Ofsted preparation: We provide advice and guidance to ensure standards in your school meet the requirements of the new and existing Ofsted framework for behaviour
- Teaching strategies: We offer support to teachers (Teach First and GTPs) through providing effective CPD programmes and in-school training
- Anti-bullying and domestic violence: Our expert consultants can support the development of policies, strategies and interventions
- SEAL: Consultancy support on whole school approaches to SEAL, classroom approaches and family SEAL
- Direct interventions with pupils: We support schools through Nurture Groups, Kids and Clicks/Teens and Technology ICT development and a mediation service to resolve conflict between pupils, school staff and parents
