What will you learn?

Each of the professional development days that make up the CAME CPD programme allows teachers to trial and discuss challenging and creative classroom activities. There are opportunities to explore key mathematical ideas, study and trial the lessons, develop specific pedagogic techniques and reflect on practice. Teachers discuss the best ways to support students to build mathematical ideas ‘from scratch’ and to develop a classroom learning culture based on collaboration. Cooperative professional development for teachers is integral to the programme.
All courses will be led by experienced CAME tutors with considerable teaching experience and an in-depth understanding of CAME principles and practices.
