The aim of the course is to distil the disciplinary procedure into easy to follow, manageable steps. Delegates will have a better understanding of the operation of employment law (without getting into too much depth), know when the disciplinary procedure is the best course of action and be able to prepare and deliver a professional disciplinary interview. To provide participant’s to develop the essential knowledge and practical skills required to manage disciplinary issues confidently.
