Who is the course suitable for? The course is aimed at senior staff in schools, including headteachers, deputy and assistant headteachers, subject leaders, phase leaders. Course overview Delegates will learn how to interpret RAISEonline and other data and present evidence to have maximum influence over the inspection outcomes. They will learn how senior staff could be involved effectively in different aspects of the inspection process including devising the issues for improvement. Outcomes By the end of the course delegates will understand how they can contribute to their next school inspection including: - Identifying and interpreting appropriate evidence effectively.
- Prepare effective evidence files for the inspection.
- Helping to identify inspection trails in the pre-inspection briefing and issues for improvement in the report.
- Participating in joint lesson observations.
- Involvement in inspection team meetings.
