Overview

Our highly experienced consultant teams will diagnose swiftly and effectively areas for improvement and support senior leaders and departmental heads to raise performance by effecting positive change.

Following an initial review, we will provide a diagnostic report that informs a six-week proposed action plan to turn around areas of underperformance.

This is followed by specific tailored training, consultancy and activities to improve classroom practice, rebuild confidence, share good practice and ensure effective systems are in place.

Outcomes

The outcome is a confident, motivated and effective school department already making a more positive impact on pupils’ learning.
